• Posting Date Change for Journal Entries

Is it possible to change the posting date of an existing Journal Entry? If yes, could you guide me on the steps or required authorizations?

• Profit for the Year Not Matching FS (PL vs BS)

When reviewing the financial statements, the “Profit for the Year” amount does not tally between the P&L and Balance Sheet. Could you advise which date parameters or report settings I should use to ensure the figures match?

• Unable to View/Download Statement of Cash Flows

I am currently unable to view or download the Statement of Cash Flow report. Could you help check if this is an access, configuration, or system issue?

• Manual Posting of Adjusting Journal Entries

Could you guide me on how to manually post adjusting entries?
Example: Dr Retained Earnings / Cr Accounts Receivable (for prior-year AR overstatement adjustment).

• Exporting Transactions by Vendor, Customer, or Budget Code

How can I download/export detailed transaction lists for:

• Individual vendors
• Individual customers
• Each budget code?
• Viewing Inventory Costing / COGS Breakdown

How can I view detailed inventory costing in SAP B1? The P&L currently does not show a COGS breakdown, so I would like to check where I can view the cost layers or item-level costing.

This error message mean you have no access to this report with your current assigned license (Limited Financial), can only access Professional and Limited Logistics license.

You can download all the detail transactions from General Ledger, I attached screenshot for your reference and let me know if any.

Path: Financials > Financial Reports > Accounting > General Ledger

And can also check the Sales Analysis Report
